How long does a normal cleaning take?
The time it takes us to finish your vehicle will depend on the size, condition, and services requested for your vehicle. Most details will range from 4-8 hours.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, and any card payments. Please be aware that card payments will be charged an additional convenience fee of 4%.
Where do you clean my car?
We offer fully mobile services and can detail your vehicle at any location most convenient to you. We can also clean your vehicle at our private residential facility, just drop it off, and we'll handle the rest!
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Any cancellations under 24 hours are subject to a 25% fee of the detail package you're scheduled for.
Why do you ask for my card info when i schedule an appointment?
This is part of our cancellation/no-show policy. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hour notice, we require a card on file in order to charge the 25% fee of the initial estimate for your scheduled detail.
